These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Gordon Motors Group website and the purchase of vehicles from us. By using our website or purchasing a vehicle, you agree to be bound by these terms. Please read them carefully.

2. Vehicle Descriptions

We make every effort to ensure that vehicle descriptions, specifications, and photographs on our website are accurate. However, we cannot guarantee that every detail is completely error-free. All vehicles should be inspected prior to purchase where possible. We are happy to arrange viewings and provide additional photographs or information upon request.

3. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are in British Pounds (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice until a sale is confirmed. We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors. A confirmed sale occurs when both parties have agreed to the terms and a deposit or full payment has been received.

4. Vehicle Reservations

Vehicles may be reserved with a non-refundable deposit. The amount and terms of the deposit will be agreed at the time of reservation. If a reserved vehicle is not collected or delivered within the agreed timeframe, we reserve the right to release the vehicle back to general sale.

5. Finance

Gordon Motors Group acts as a credit broker, not a lender. We may introduce you to a limited number of finance providers. We may receive commission or other benefits for introducing you to such providers. Finance is subject to status and affordability checks. The terms of any finance agreement are between you and the finance provider.

6. Part Exchange

Part exchange valuations are provided as estimates based on the information you supply. Final valuations are subject to physical inspection of the vehicle. We reserve the right to adjust our valuation if the vehicle is found to be materially different from the description provided.

7. Delivery

We offer nationwide delivery across the UK. Delivery charges vary depending on location and will be quoted at the time of purchase. We will make every effort to deliver within the agreed timeframe, but delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed.

8. Consumer Rights

Your consumer rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are not affected by these terms. If you purchase a vehicle for personal use, you have certain statutory rights regarding the quality, fitness for purpose, and description of the vehicle.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Gordon Motors Group shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our website or purchase of a vehicle. This does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Gordon Motors Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
